YILDIRIM Group has signed the agreement to acquire a 54.5% stake of Croatia's largest fertilizer production company, "Petrokemija d.d”.
Petrokemija d.d currently has an annual production of 1.35 million tons.
We are proud to announce that this agreement marks Croatia as the 55th country YILDIRIM operates in.
